Solution

DoubleRadius was able to grow to incredible levels without a formal brand standard and its original logo. To start, we worked with DoubleRadius to clarify their messaging and unique value through an extensive audit and our develop process. 

We took everything we learned from their marketing team and leadership to create a detailed brand book; this guide included their brand voice & personality (archetype), key messages and brand story and the design standards needed to clearly communicate everything that makes DoubleRadius special. We also helped DoubleRadius clarify its brand pillars and story to ensure everyone, from sales to marketing to their service teams, knew how to share DoubleRadius’ purpose with their customers.

Once the brand standards were in place, we worked with the client to establish monthly and quarterly marketing goals aligned with their sales and business objectives. Our team of mavens used those goals to create a comprehensive marketing plan and now provide ongoing support towards that plan to help the DoubleRadius team reach their goals. From content creation, like blog writing and social media content, to digital marketing, like SEO optimization, our approach aims to build a strong, unified brand identity and establish a clear plan for their marketing team to be successful.

DoubleRadius approached HAVEN intending to clarify its brand, amplify its message and focus its marketing efforts. In a matter of months, DoubleRadius has seen immediate results from our work across all channels.

With our focus on SEO and blog content, DoubleRadius experienced increased web traffic, engagement and improved search rankings on Google for their key terms. Notably, the average amount of time visitors spend on their site increased by 130.19%. On social media, DoubleRadius has seen its social audience grow and major increases in audience interactions (81.6% increase). With a focus on branding and audience engagement, email marketing strategies have shown high open rates (50.83%) and improved click-through rates.
